Subscription Cancellation & Non-Refundability Policy

1. All Sales Final & Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

In alignment with global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry standards (including OpenAI, Canva, Stripe, and Adobe):

• Immediate Digital Provisioning: KRYSKAFLOW delivers instant access to cloud infrastructure, dedicated Meta Graph API rate-limit allocations, webhook listeners, and automated message dispatch capacity. Because these digital resources and computing bandwidth are provisioned immediately upon transaction completion, all subscription fees, booster passes, add-ons, and renewals are final and strictly non-refundable.
• No Refunds for Change of Mind or Inactivity: We do not issue partial refunds, pro-rata credits, or returns for unused direct message quotas, voluntary change of mind, lack of user campaign activity, or subscriber cancellation prior to the end of a paid billing cycle.
• Evaluation via Starter / VIP Access: Prospective subscribers are encouraged to review product features, live simulators, and interactive demonstrations prior to purchasing any recurring subscription plan.

2. Technical Exceptions & Statutory Processing Timelines (RBI Compliant)

In strict compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment aggregator regulations and global payment network rules:

• Verified Duplicate Billing Charges: In the rare event that a technical gateway error, transaction timeout, or duplicate debit results in multiple charges for a single subscription cycle, a 100% full reversal of the duplicate debit will be initiated automatically upon verification.
• Engineering-Verified Prolonged Outage: If KRYSKAFLOW experiences a continuous, uninterrupted service outage exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours attributable solely to our core application infrastructure (excluding third-party Meta/Instagram downtime, scheduled maintenance, or creator account blocks), affected users may request a service credit or pro-rated transaction adjustment.
• Mandatory 5–7 Business Days Turnaround Time (TAT): Once an approved reversal is transmitted by our billing department to our payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, or Stripe), the funds are credited back to the customer's original source payment method (Bank Account, UPI ID, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal) within five (5) to seven (7) business days, subject to standard interbank clearing schedules.

3. Creator VIP Pass (Strictly One-Time & Zero Surprise Auto-Debit)

To maintain 100% billing transparency and prevent unexpected recurring charges:

• Strictly One-Time Pass: The Creator VIP Pass is a standalone, one-time trial pass granting 500 direct messages. When the 500 DMs are consumed or the validity window concludes, automated actions pause. We NEVER automatically debit your card, UPI account, or digital wallet upon VIP Pass completion.
• Explicit Opt-In Only: Creators only transition to a recurring monthly or annual subscription when they affirmatively, manually, and voluntarily select and authorize a subscription plan.

4. 1-Click Subscription Cancellation (Stopping Future Renewals)

You may cancel your subscription or revoke recurring payment mandates at any time with immediate effect:

• From Creator Dashboard: Navigate to Creator Dashboard > Plan & Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the ongoing prepaid billing period; no further auto-renewals will be processed.
• From UPI App (India Domestic): If your subscription was authorized via UPI AutoPay, you retain the statutory right to pause or revoke the auto-debit mandate directly inside your UPI application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM) at any time without requiring merchant intervention.
• Service Continuity: Upon canceling, paid plan benefits, DM quotas, and rule execution remain fully active until the natural expiration of your current prepaid billing cycle.

5. Instant Digital Delivery & SaaS Fulfillment Policy

KRYSKAFLOW is a 100% Cloud-Hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

• Zero Physical Shipping: No physical goods, hardware, or postal packages are shipped. All deliverables and software capabilities are provisioned electronically over the cloud.
• Instant Digital Activation: Upon successful transaction confirmation from authorized payment processors, account quotas, tier limits, and feature unlocks are provisioned automatically in under 60 seconds.
• Tax invoices and payment receipts are immediately dispatched to your registered account email address.
