User Data Deletion Instructions

Method 1: Immediate Revocation via Instagram Account (Recommended)

You can revoke KRYSKAFLOW's access to your Instagram account at any time directly through Instagram:

1. Open the Instagram App or visit instagram.com on your browser.
2. Go to Settings and Privacy > Website permissions > Apps and websites.
3. Locate KRYSKAFLOW under the Active tab.
4. Click or tap Remove. This immediately invalidates our OAuth token and triggers Meta's Data Deletion callback to our server.

Method 2: Direct 1-Click Data Purge Request

If you wish to have all stored conversation timestamps, Instagram Scoped IDs (IGSID), and automation logs completely erased from our active databases and backup systems:

• Send an email to: [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
• Include your Instagram username (handle) and approximately when you interacted with a creator using KRYSKAFLOW.
• SLA: Our Data Protection Officer will process and purge your record within 48 business hours and return a cryptographic confirmation code verifying complete erasure.

Method 3: Self-Serve Creator Account Deletion

If you are a registered Creator on KRYSKAFLOW, you can delete your account and all associated automation rules, connected tokens, and lead logs directly:

1. Log into your Creator Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Profile Avatar > Account Settings > Data Rights.
3. Click "Withdraw Consent & Delete Account" and confirm via the 2-step verification modal.
